Tisch Library
Re-Design
Project Overview
This was the final project from my Engineering for the Customer class, where we examined physical products, user-interfaces, and service experiences to learn more about delivering a quality customer experience.
Working collaboratively as a team of five, our mission was to conduct in-depth research within a specific campus space using the design thinking process and the principles outlined by Don Norman in "The Design of Everyday Things.” Our ultimate objective was to present a proposal that would reimagine this space, and elevate it to deliver an improved experience for each of its users.
We chose to evaluate and re-design Tisch Library, an essential academic resource and popular study spot for students at Tufts University.
